For prime season requests, at least 90 days prior to travel and 180 days prior to travel for all Holidays and Special Events. Remember, requests must be in writing and accompanied by the $112.00 processing fee and any applicable upgrade fees. Condominium accommodations are designed to accommodate (4) people. The size and type of the accommodations as well as the amenities will vary from resort to resort. Accommodations are generally good for up to (4) people in a one bedroom unit and (6) people in a two bedroom unit. You may request a 2 bedroom unit (accommodating up to 6 people) for an additional $25.29 per night. Larger units are handled on a space available basis. Prime season upgrade is $31.57 per night. All reservations are booked for 7 nights minimum with check-in days of Friday, Saturday or Sunday. All monies must accompany this request.
