What you'll do:

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while promoting ethical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Define and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment focused on talent development and engagement.

• Proven experience in human resource management with a strong focus on organizational change and talent development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Expertise in analyzing and interpreting HR and business data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Skilled in developing and executing business plans aligned with organizational goals and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and influence cross-functional partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
