About the Role

We are currently hiring AV Technicians/Installers in

Project Details:

• Install AV equipment like TVs, speakers, intercom systems.
• Installing ceiling anchors, j-hooks, and pulling speaker cable
• Monitor audio levels, video playback, and lighting to ensure smooth performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, such as sound distortion, video signal loss, or equipment malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to keep it in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, or complaints related to AV services
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor AV solutions accordingly
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for electrical, audio, and visual installations

Qualifications

• Pulling, running, labeling, dressing and termination of cable, including cat5, cat6, fiber, coax, AV wire, fire alarm and security & access control.
• Configure, maintain, and fix issues with data network and associated technologies
• Provide system testing and documentation
• Installing telecommunications equipment, switches, routers, building support structures, reading blueprints and coordinating with
