Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Nephrology
- Valid Tennessee Medical License
- Current BLS Certification
- Proven clinical expertise in nephrology, including dialysis management
- Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Prior experience in inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
- Familiarity with dialysis patient management protocols
- Additional certifications in ACLS or other relevant specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience in nephrology practice
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex clinical scenarios
Other Requirements:
- 24-hour call coverage with flexible scheduling
- Availability to start on or around March 9, 2026
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Ability to handle documentation via Epic EMR system
- Clean background and verified credentials
