We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nephrology Physician to provide exceptional inpatient and outpatient care for adult patients, including management of dialysis (hemo and peritoneal). Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Nephrology
• Valid Tennessee Medical License
• Current BLS Certification
• Proven clinical expertise in nephrology, including dialysis management
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Prior experience in inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
• Familiarity with dialysis patient management protocols
• Additional certifications in ACLS or other relevant specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience in nephrology practice
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex clinical scenarios

Other Requirements:

• 24-hour call coverage with flexible scheduling
• Availability to start on or around March 9, 2026
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to work in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to handle documentation via Epic EMR system
• Clean background and verified credentials
