The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to launch their accounting career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. You’ll work alongside experienced accounting professionals, gain hands-on experience with public company financials, and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, integrity, and insight in our reporting processes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes , journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
• Help maintain and improve accounting systems and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting projects
• Contribute to audit preparation and work closely with external auditors
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Some hands-on accounting experience (through an internship or co-op preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• A team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
