Lead Automotive Technician – European Vehicles

Respect Performance is seeking an experienced Lead Technician with a strong European background who is motivated to consistently produce 50+ hours per week. This position is ideal for a technician who wants steady work, clear direction, and the ability to earn based on productivity.

All appointments are pre-scheduled and jobs are approved . no waiting on work, no slow days.

  • A self-motivated technician who can work independently
  • Able to follow shop processes and direction
  • Performs thorough vehicle inspections
  • Makes honest, accurate repair recommendations
  • Takes pride in quality, efficiency, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Porsche, etc.)
  • Complete scheduled and approved repair work efficiently
  • Conduct detailed multi-point inspections on every vehicle
  • Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings clearly
  • Maintain quality control and verify repairs before delivery
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years European vehicle experience
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with professional-level diagnostic tools
  • Ability to manage time and workload without supervision
  • Valid driver’s license
