We're hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own execution of the programs and channels that drive marketing-sourced pipeline across all inbound and outbound marketing-led channels (excluding Events and SDRs). This role manages a team of Integrated Marketing Specialists, a Web/SEO specialist, and a paid media contractor. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Creative, RevOps, Sales, and Events to launch targeted, high-impact programs that move the needle.
You'll also partner on the development of our broader demand strategyone centered on building layered, persona-driven programs that span the buyer journey. We're past the early-stage scrappiness but not yet at enterprise scale. This is a unique phase where smart systems, strong leadership, and a bias for action will define how we grow. It's a chance to make a visible impact and help shape how marketing drives growth at scale.
