The rollback driver will communicate regularly with office staff to update on assignments and appointments, providing detailed progress reports. Knowledge of current repossession software and a CARS certification are advantageous but not mandatory. The company has a full-time office staff available 24/7 to assist field agents. The position requires some days, nights, and weekend work, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate both parties.
