Job Title : PeopleSoft Functional Analyst HCM

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules, especially Base Benefits, Core HR, and Payroll.
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules, including event rules, eligibility rules, benefit plans, and enrollment processes.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Work with developers on technical specifications, test plans, and system integrations.
• Support end users through issue resolution, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistent business processes.
• Assist in regression and UAT testing during system upgrades or changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch processes, including interfaces to third-party vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Deep understanding of Base Benefits, HRMS, and related modules.
• Experience with PeopleTools, Query Manager, and Fluid UI is preferred.
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., PeopleSoft Test Framework or Selenium).
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in environments using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Prior experience with public sector or healthcare HRIS systems.
• Functional knowledge of integrations with payroll vendors, benefit providers, or Active Directory.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft security roles and permission lists.
• Experience using Oracle SQL for data validation.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
