Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Mercy Health is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Pediatric Hospitalist team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this role, you will partner with our Pediatric Hospitalists to provide coverage for our level 1 and level 2 nurseries and occasionally attend deliveries.

Position highlights:

• Manageable daily census: Our average daily census is 4-8 patients.
• Required procedures: Experience performing the following procedures is required: neonatal resuscitation, intubation, umbilical lines, lumbar puncture.
• Loan forgiveness eligibility: Our 501(c)(3) status makes you eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Job Requirements

• NNP-BC certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• Ability to obtain an APRN license in the State of Oregon
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
