We are seeking a Medical Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in our new metabolic and hormone clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee front desk and administrative functions, including patient scheduling, phone/email inquiries, and billing coordination
• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Coordinate with lab partners, vendors, and healthcare providers
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff as the clinic grows
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets in collaboration with clinic leadership
• Implement efficient office systems and ensure top-notch patient service
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Proficiency in the Polish or Russian language
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
