Centurion is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections .

We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our teams at Florida State Prison and Union Correctional Institution located in Raiford, Florida.

• Pay Rate: $29-$32.50/hr
• Schedules: 7pm-7:30am/three shifts per week; rotating weekends OR
• 5pm-5:30am/three shifts per week; rotating weekends

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
