TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Adult Medicine for a locum tenens job in Redlands, California.
Job Details:
• Pay: $100 Hr.
• Coverage: ASAP – 6 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00pm.
• Setting: Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Provide Population Health via Virtual and in Person coverage, Average 4 days weekly virtual work in clinic, 1 day in person, Preventative Care, Diabetes, Hypertension, Blood Pressure, Medicine Management, Women’s Health/Paps, Asthma.
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Estimated 24 Patients per day (20 Minute Video and 10 Minute Telephone Appointments), In Person: Estimated 20 Patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 12 Weeks from time application submitted
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirement: Will consider waivers
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
