Syndeo has a direct hire opportunity for a results-driven  Revenue Manager . In this role, you will partner with Hotel General Managers and the corporate team to maximize revenue by strategically managing room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels. You will play a key role in shaping rate strategies, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance across our client’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support yield management efforts by analyzing and reporting on hotel performance, ensuring all segments and distribution channels are optimized.
• Maximize revenue potential through proactive management and accurate system updates.
• Assist the Director of Revenue with short- and long-term forecasting.
• Compile, validate, and analyze data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including STR, market segment analysis, pace, pickup, and channel performance.
• Prepare and lead Weekly Revenue Meetings with General Managers and Directors of Operations, presenting insights on pricing, demand, and promotional opportunities.
• Develop models, presentations, and reports to support decision-making at property, regional, and ownership levels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management experience (extended stay experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, reservations systems, and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
