We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II for our operations in MASON, Michigan, United States. The role involves providing comprehensive deskside support, handling network printers, and maintaining our hardware and software systems. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, allowing you to take part in our goal of supporting a plant of about 115 people.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide deskside support to ensure seamless operations
• Handle issues related to O 365, ensuring smooth communication and productivity within the team
• Manage and troubleshoot network printers, ensuring they are functional and efficient
• Perform hardware and software maintenance, updating and troubleshooting when necessary
• Engage in network troubleshooting to ensure consistent connectivity
• Undertake basic troubleshooting across various tech platforms
• Be available for 1st shift with on-call needs, ensuring round-the-clock support for our operations
• Foster a team player environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.• Proficiency in O 365 is a must for this role
• An understanding of Network Printers and their operation is necessary
• Experience with Deskside Support is required
• The ability to troubleshoot and maintain both Hardware and Software is essential
• Skills in Hardware Troubleshooting are needed
• The candidate should be adept at Network Troubleshooting
• Basic Troubleshooting skills are also necessary for this position.
