The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position for an experienced and strategic operational leader. The General Manager will be responsible for advancing business performance, nurturing high-performing teams, and ensuring all functional areas operate in alignment with the companies standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Mandates Include:

• Driving and executing strategic initiatives to support sustained business growth and profitability
• Leading cross-functional teams while promoting a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and accountability
• Monitoring industry trends and adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Overseeing regulatory and safety compliance across all operational activities
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholdersinternal and external
• Steering operational and financial performance with a focus on efficiency and resource optimization
• Ensuring team alignment with all quality and operational systems, including ISO/IATF standards

The Ideal Profile
We are seeking a highly capable leader with:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred; equivalent experience considered)
• A proven track record as a General Manager or senior operational leader within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget oversight and performance management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities
• A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated success in building, motivating, and aligning teams
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of proficiency in data analysis and relevant business systems
