Digital MARKETING Specialist

Diamond Mowers is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing digital strategies that support our business goals, elevate our brand presence, and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and dealers, you will manage paid media campaigns, enhance website performance, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Roles:

1. Collaborate with internal and external team members, vendors and dealers to gather input and requirements to establish a vision and execute projects.

2. Be flexible as deadlines and projects shift in importance as it corresponds to overall business goals.

3. Seek feedback on projects from both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Paid campaign management across channels such as search, display, and social media.

  • Includes launching, reporting, strategy and optimizing campaigns.

• Website content updates and optimization. This includes SEO, SEM, competitor analysis, etc.

• Assist with tradeshows and photo/video content as needed as secondary point of contact

• Consistent collaboration with marketing team and cross-functional with other departments as needed.

• Stay up to date as digital trends shift and platform optimization requires different tactics over time.

• Strive for an injury free workplace through a “safety first” attitude.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.

All other duties are performed as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications.

• Able to travel up to 5% of the year preferred

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions

• Understanding of paid search, display and social media advertising

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite preferred.

• Detail-oriented with an ability to think creatively.

Location and Hours:

Location: 1000 Cherokee St

Hours: 8:00-5:00

Days of Shift: Monday-Friday
