Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Relocation: Not available - Candidates must actively reside in the Oklahoma City area.

Were looking for a Data Analyst I who enjoys digging into data to identify issues, uncover trends, and help prevent revenue-impacting problems. This role supports operational systems and works closely with business and technical teams to monitor system health and turn data into actionable insights.

What Youll Be Doing

• Partner with business and operations teams to understand reporting and monitoring needs
• Use SQL Server / T-SQL to query, analyze, and validate large datasets
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Identify trends, anomalies, and potential system or revenue issues
• Perform root cause analysis and clearly communicate findings
• Create reports and presentations for management
• Help improve data collection, reporting, and overall system performance

What Were Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL (complex queries and scripts)
• Experience working with large datasets and data validation
• Power BI reporting experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands?on experience)
