Job Title: Contact Center Database Curator

Pay: $24.00 - $24.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contact Center Database Curator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and improve service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding cash handling.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage information efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a call center or similar customer support role
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred, with strong English communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry systems
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
• Previous sales experience is a plus for understanding client needs
