Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish or Creole part time contracted Community Engagement Coordinator for the Mobile Distribution Unit. . 

Responsibilities 

• Read or listen to documentation and conversations in one language, interpret the original meaning, and provide an accurate and timely translation at Diaper Distributions
• Must be proficient in English, Spanish, Creole
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with participants and coworkers
• Assist with completing forms
• Must have experience using a CRM system (Airtable, Salesforce) preferred
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality while handling and completing all documentation 
• Other duties as needed
• Monday to Thursday (7:30am to 1:30pm). Must be able to work flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed.
• Able to lift 50lbs

Qualifications

• Fluency with both languages being used ( English, Spanish, Creole). 1 to 3 years experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite
• Must have experience using a CRM system (Airtable, Salesforce)
• The ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
