Backed by  General Catalyst and  James Freeman (Founder of Blue Bottle) , Cometeer has grown from 5 to 13 mall kiosks in just six months, with 20+ more on the way . We're scaling fast and we're looking for the next wave of talent to grow with us.

What You'll Do as a Coffee Sales Representative

You won't just be selling coffee, you'll be part of a movement. We believe most people have been settling for mediocre coffee for far too long. Your mission: change that, one cup and one conversation at a time.

• Be the face of the revolution. You'll greet mall-goers with energy and purpose, introducing them to a product that can change their daily routine for the better.
• Let the coffee speak for itself. Every sample you hand out is proof that better coffee is possible, without baristas, machines, or compromise.
• Inspire a switch. Through honest, engaging conversations, help people break free from overpriced, underwhelming habits.
• Build your own momentum. Every sale you make is tracked, recognized, and rewarded, so your effort directly shapes your success. Whether you're working toward bonuses, building leadership skills, or just feeding your competitive spirit, you'll be supported every step of the way.

• Passion for Coffee, Sales, or food culture
• Experience in direct sales or marketing, hospitality, or customer service
• Natural people skills: engaging, conversational, and trustworthy
• High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of something growing

What to Expect From the Hiring Process

Cometeer is growing rapidly, and we're hiring with urgency to meet that demand. We value attention to detail and the ability to follow directions is essential for success in our fast-moving environment.

Here's how it works:

1. Apply – Submit your application online. If selected, you'll receive an email with instructions to schedule your initial Pitch Screening over Google Meet.
2. Initial Screening (Virtual)– Meet with a recruiter for a 15-minute conversation to confirm your interest, assess alignment, and evaluate your potential for success in the role. If the screening goes well, you'll be introduced to the Cometeer pitch and provided with a short script to help you prepare for the next step.
3. 2nd Interview: The Pitch (Virtual)– Meet with a Regional Sales Manager and deliver the Cometeer pitch using the script provided. This step evaluates how well you communicate, connect, and respond to feedback.
4. Final Interview - Meet the Team (In-Person)– Join us for a 30-minute interview at a Cometeer kiosk. You'll meet the Sales Manager you'd be training with and experience the product and team environment firsthand.

We're aiming to make hiring decisions within 3 to 7 days of receiving strong applications.

Schedule & Availability

• Starts as a Part-Time role at  Westfield Fashion Square
• Open availability strongly preferred

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay:
  $18/hour (Trainee pay)
  • $20/hour (Post-Training)
  • Commission: $20+ per membership: Our top salespeople go on to earn $1500+ per week from commissions and our industry-leading compensation structure.

Requirements
