Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a skilled  Cabinet/CAD design/Millworker to join our team in Travelers Rest, SC, responsible for creating architectural 3D color renderings/drawings and remodeling tasks. The will also be responsible for ordering materials and holding weekly production meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and  MUST HAVE MOSAIC SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE, along with SketchUp V and CarvePro and a CAD background

$27-$30/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects, including restoring existing structures and installing new fixtures.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as door hanging, framing, and cabinetry work.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for fabrication and installation and creation tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are upheld.

Skills

• Proficient in maintenance person services with a focus on restoration and remodeling techniques.
• Strong carpentry skills with experience in fixture installation and door hanging.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and their proper usage for construction tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members on-site.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards while working in construction environments.
