members too. As we continue to grow our multi-location dental group, we’re looking for a part-time remote Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations smooth, accurate, and on track.

This role requires a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support the day-to-day financial activities of our business. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong critical thinking skills, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Financial Transactions: Accurately enter and categorize financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconciliations: Complete monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Accounts Payable: Monitor the AP inbox, input bills into QuickBooks Online, and manage timely payments.
• Payroll Support: Prepare payroll across multiple locations with accuracy and discretion.
• Lab Fee Allocation: Track lab fees by doctor and ensure correct allocation in our reports.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support our finance team with special projects as they arise

What You’ll Need: 

• Excel Proficiency: You’re comfortable creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, and building reports.
• QuickBooks Online Experience : Prior experience with entering bills, managing AP, and tracking expenses is essential.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: You double-check your work and spot inconsistencies with ease.
• Critical Thinker: You don’t just follow steps—you ask “why” and look for better ways to do things.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Dentrix Ascend or other dental practice management software is a plus!
