Jombone is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) for our client in Brampton. Fluency in French is mandatory for this role. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, or web platforms.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively via email, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide precise information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist the outside sales team and coordinate with other departments as required.
  • Process returns and warranty requests with accurate documentation.
  • Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an office environment or customer service desk.
  • Fluency in French (mandatory); Punjabi fluency is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in French, as this is a critical requirement. Fluency in Punjabi is an advantage. Business casual attire is expected in this professional office setting.
