Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the trailer assembly industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and installation of trailer component parts and sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st 

What's the Job?

• Perform line assembly operations involving the production and installation of trailer parts and sub-assemblies.
• Use air, power, and hand tools to drill, attach, and assemble components according to instructions, routings, and blueprints.
• Measure parts to specified tolerances to ensure quality standards are met.
• Deburr, grind, and buff parts to maintain product quality and appearance.
• Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws, completing nonconforming material reports if necessary.

What's Needed?

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and operate basic hand tools.
• Capability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, drawings, and blueprints.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
• Credential requirements: 100051, 100006.
• High attention to safety and quality standards.
