Job Description

Our client, a leader in the electrical manufacturing industry, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Assembler

Location: Canonsburg, PA

Pay Range: $17.50/hr

Shift: Fri-Sunday 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Assemble electrical components and products according to blueprints and instructions.
• Conduct pre and post-assembly functions, including product testing and repairing electrical/electronic equipment.
• Read specifications to ensure quality and functionality of assembled products.
• Collaborate with management to ensure products meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
