We are looking for a Valet Greeter with warm smiles who enjoy interacting with people. Work with our knowledgeable and caring team members who want to see you succeed, many of whom also started as valets./ppWhat youll do:/pulliGreet valet guests and offer assistance, including opening vehicle doors, carrying and lifting luggage, and providing directions and general information about the facility./liliInform guests of valet rates and services provided and issue claim checks./liliInspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous, and confident manner./liliArrive at work every scheduled day on time and in a neat and clean uniform./liliMonitor the valet entrance for any suspicious activity./liliReport any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors./liliCommunicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors./liliClean and maintain the surrounding work area./liliHelp relocate vehicles as needed to ensure that traffic lanes remain clear./liliComplete other duties as assigned./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2pWhat you need:/pulliA valid state drivers license, current address, and acceptable driving record./liliThe ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus./liliAvailability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends)./liliProof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired)./liliThe ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints./liliThe ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos./liliThe ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working./liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and listen. Employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, including cold and extreme heat./liliEmployees work in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations and are always to be safety conscious. Employees are regularly exposed to high levels of noise and/or fumes from vehicles.
