Job Description
An Apartment Turnover Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that empty apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, preparing them for the next tenant. Their responsibilities typically include:
Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including countertops, shelves, and furniture.
Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping all floors, including carpets and hard surfaces.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Disinfecting and sanitizing bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
Cleaning kitchen appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, both inside and out.
Removing any trash or debris left behind by previous occupants.
Checking for any maintenance issues or damages and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
Making sure the apartment is presentable and welcoming for the new tenant's arrival.
