Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good verbal and written skills Ability to multitask Attention to detail Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation, processing and filing of individual and business tax and informational returns Communicate with clients to request and gather necessary tax related documents Data entry and reconciling information received to the general ledger Collaborate with senior tax professionals on the closing process, including adjusting entries and financial statements Support senior tax professionals in handling client and or government correspondence Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients Maintain client and office database, logs and records Assist with office billings, receivables and payables No prior experience necessary.
