Hiking, fishing, miniature golf and canoeing are other popular activities. Skiing is available mid-December through February, weather permitting. A car is needed to access the various amenities at the resort.

Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Sapphire Valley

Resting in the southernmost part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Fairfield Sapphire Valley occupies 5,700 acres of natural beauty at an elevation of 3,100 feet. During winter nearby Sapphire Valley Ski Area operates two runs and Frozen Falls Tube Park–weather permitting. The ski area is not operated by the resort.

North Pier Ocean Villas
