Snowater is set in a four-season atmosphere. This townhouse complex is situated on 20 acres and surrounded by the Nooksack River and National Forest. Snowater is 20 miles from the Mount Baker ski area. Other activities for the outdoor person include hiking, golf, white-water rafting, and boating. At the resort, there are four outdoor tennis courts, two recreational buildings with indoor pools, whirlpools, sauna, squash and racquetball courts, exercise room, and games rooms. Stony Court at Bryce Mountain offers two story townhouses in a rustic resort style and is located within the Bryce Resort community, just outside of the George Washington National Forest. Shenandoah Crossing is located approximately 30 miles northeast of Charlottesville and 107 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. The focal point of the resort is the large manor house built in the style of Colonial Virginia.
