Now Hiring: Remote Xactimate Estimator Join Our Growing Servpro Team!
Are you an experienced Xactimate Estimator looking for a fully remote opportunity with a strong, supportive team? Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of insurance restoration, working directly with project managers, carriers, and customers to get projects moving forward? If so, this is the role for you!
Servpro Team Doyle is expanding our Reconstruction Estimating Department and were searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented estimator to join us. This position is 100% remote, but requires working on an Eastern Time Zone schedule to stay fully aligned with our project management team and customers.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with our onsite Reconstruction Project Management Team to convert inspection reports into detailed, accurate estimates.
- Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and secure estimate approvals.
- Communicate with customers and insureds to explain estimates, secure approvals, and schedule work to begin.
- Ensure all estimates are completed on time, accurate, and aligned with Servpros high standards of service.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in Xactimate estimating (Reconstruction Preferred).
- Experience in Symbility estimating (Reconstruction Preferred).
- Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and carrier communication.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with both carriers and customers.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment while staying connected with the team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary + commission structure for strong earning potential.
- First year expected earnings: $85,000 $95,000.
