Job Description:

Will repackage bottles into a different casing on a production line. Must be able to work at a brisk pace. Inspection - Will inspect and sort empty bottles by the serial number (mold #) located at the bottom of the empty bottle. This position requires attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace

Essential Functions

Production

• Moves cases of empty glass bottles onto conveyors and/or flips cases of empty bottles to dump glass onto line conveyor.
  
• Packs full bottles into cases to keep the lines from backing up.
  
• Stacks full cases on pallets.
  
• Conducts Bottle inspection, capping, cap tightening, and spotting bottles for coding as needed.
  
• Conducts routine cleaning as needed.
  
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
  
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, compliance, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Warehouse

• Moves cases of empty glass bottles onto conveyors and/or palletizes cases of empty bottles.
  
• Palletizes cases to keep the lines from backing up.
  
• Works on assembly line to package various products as well as finished goods repacks.
  
• Conducts routine cleaning as needed.
  
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
  
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, compliance, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required to be 18 years of age or older.
  
• Strong verbal skills.
  
• Required to lift and move 50 pounds.

• Experience showing versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  
• Experience function in a team environment.
  
• Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
