· Physical Demands: This position requires manual labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and the ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including a Water Fed Pole (weight varies), Gutter Cleaner, and Pressure Washer.

· Driver's License Required.

What You'll Do:

· Provide exterior and interior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services.

· Use water-fed pole systems and filtration technology for streak-free results.

· Provide additional services such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and holiday light installation.

· Operate company vehicles safely (no special license required).

· Work closely with a team of hardworking achievers and excel in a team environment.

· Build strong customer relationships.

· Create memorable customer experiences.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our Sparkle Squad brand proudly.

What We Offer:

· Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm schedule, with occasional evening opportunities.

· Competitive hourly pay: $15 - $30 per hour + tips, bonuses, and commissions.

· Comprehensive training, including proper techniques for lifting and using a Water Fed Pole, Gutter Cleaner, Pressure Washer, and other equipment.

Requirements:

· Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including a Water Fed Pole (weight varies), Gutter Cleaner, and Pressure Washer.

· Valid driver's license.

· Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting is a plus.

· Reliable transportation to job sites.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Positive attitude.

· Ability to follow directions and stay on task.

· Problem-Solving, grit, and determination to handle challenging tasks.
