**Warehouse Associate Lead**
Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Associate Lead
POSITION PURPOSE:
Assists in the coordination of the Distribution work group.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Trains group members and ensures that safety regulations are followed.
Handles and maintains the flow of product according to established guidelines: a) Receives, stores, and distributes product b) Ensures all quality standards are met; maintains communication with other departments regarding workflow status c) Performs departmental tasks meeting all established guidelines and production reporting
Utilization of Warehouse Management Systems Usually responsible for troubleshooting: a) Minor equipment maintenance or set up procedures b)Assists with departmental production reporting
The operation of motorized and non-motorized handling equipment for the physical movement of cases at elevation levels up to 35 feet.
EDUCATION: High School
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
