The Role

\n

\n

You will start off as a Warehouse Associate. Reporting to the Columbus Operations Supervisor this role is responsible for key tasks which include:

\n

\n

\n
• Inventory control, cycle counts, etc.
\n
• Parts assembly
\n
• Picking, packing and shipping of orders
\n
• Stocking of shelves
\n
• Servicing external and external customer pickups
\n
• Assisting in check-in/check-out, maintenance and repair of rental equipment.
\n

Required Skills/Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Enthusiasm, drive, passion
\n
• Incredible Customer Service skills
\n
• Heavy lifting up to but not limited to 70 lbs.
\n
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday challenges
\n
• Shipping & Receiving experience
\n
• Forklift experience
\n
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools
\n
• Ability to stand for shift duration
\n
• Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
\n
• Reliable – you can be counted on to do a great job
\n
• Winning attitude – you hold your emotions in check, even in tough situations
\n
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities; excellent organizational & critical thinking skills; high sense of urgency; strongly motivated; balanced perspective; and an effective communicator at all levels.
\n
• Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time!
\n
• Excellent attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
