Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Work From Home, Short-term, Part time Contract
Pay: $52/Hour

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Treatment Planning:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to the client's needs.

Implementation and Supervision:

• Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by behavior technicians.
• Provide regular supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians to ensure the fidelity of interventions.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and maintain effective treatment plans.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings with families to discuss progress, provide training, and address concerns.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with the BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic data collection systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for conducting virtual sessions.
