Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of media content, including documents and presentations.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics to provide insights and support projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Support the production team in day-to-day tasks and assist in project coordination.
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and email.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; additional qualifications in Administration or related field are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with media production processes and terminology is an advantage.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
