As a Verizon Sales Account Representative, you'll be the point of innovation, connecting customers with cutting-edge 5G solutions. The Verizon Sales Account Representative role will combine strategic outreach, product mastery, and top-tier customer engagement - with a structure designed to reward hustle and success. Verizon Sales Account Representatives Are Responsible For Educate residential customers on how Verizon 5G enhances everyday connectivity, productivity, and entertainment Identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions to meet those needs effectively through the sales cycle Complete all sales, upgrades, and service enrollments meeting compliance standards Track customer feedback to help improve service delivery and product offerings Attend local outreach efforts to promote Verizon’s presence and offering.
