We are looking to recruit multiple opening job across New York State including Truck Driver, Owner/ Operator Van drivers / Supervisor. The below responsibility of Each position are brief detail of the job as this is in initial stage and expected to roll out in November 2025. We will provide detail descriptions as we reach out to applicants. Please feel free to ask us any questions. This is an active/ on going recruitment until all positions are fill up.

The applicant *MUST* have the active State driver license.

Working hours: 8 hours, 2 shift available.

Expected starting time : 5am.

Overtime available for above 40 hours a week.

Job Description Summary: (This applies to All location above)
The Meal Delivery Driver will work in conjunction with theDoor to Door Food Delivery program. They will load approximately 100 meals daily at one of our sites and deliver them to different sites amongst the surrounding area. Loading takes place as early as 5am and routes are based on assignments and will be different each day.

Location of work: Jefferson County, Ulster County, Greene, Herkimer, Syracuse

Job Post 1 Title: Truck Driver

Required Skills/Abilities & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Valid United States driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip

Compensation:

Pay rate starts from $25/ hr base on the qualification

Job Post 2 Title: Owner/Operator-Meal delivery driver

Required Skills/Abilities & Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have your own minivan.
• Must have smart phone capable of downloading applications and taking photos
• Consent to a background check.
• Ability to utilize routing applications.
• Excellent verbal communication, ability to speak and write in the English language.
• Strong customer contact skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Valid United States driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management skills.
• Reliable

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, drive, and lift/carry items for extended periods

Compensation:

• Range between $200.00 to $250.00 a day
• Opportunities for drivers start at 2 days/week - 6 days/week

Job Post 3 Title: Supervisor

• • Supervise, train, and motivate and ensure even workload distribution.
  • Conduct daily briefings, monitor attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.
  • Oversee day-to-day door-to-door delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle escalations and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure vehicles and delivery equipment are properly maintained.
  • Track daily delivery performance of the team (on-time rate, successful deliveries, returns).
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and staff performance.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
  • Ensure delivery staff uphold company standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or delivery discrepancies.
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulations.
  • Conduct periodic safety checks and training sessions for drivers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Previous experience of equivalent is preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or field team supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and well around technology
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, delivery tracking software, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license
