As a Manager on the Membership Strategy & Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our membership. You'll be a passionate advocate for our members, using your analytical skills to uncover insights that drive our strategy forward.
Drive Member-Centric Analysis: You'll conduct in-depth analysis of member behavior, competitive trends, and market data to identify key opportunities for growth and innovation. Your work will help build a cohesive narrative by applying fact-based data and insights from multiple perspectives to tell the story of our members.
Support Strategic Initiatives: You will provide thoughtful analytical support to build business cases and financial models for new membership benefits and services. Your contributions will be key to proving out their value to the business and our members.
Collaborate to Win: You'll work hand-in-hand with partner teams across Data & Analytics, Finance, Marketing and others to gather insights, build alignment, and support the execution of key projects. You will help drive cross-functional projects by identifying goals, success criteria, and key assumptions, contributing to a shared understanding of project requirements and timelines.
Track and Measure Success: You'll help develop and maintain reports to track the performance of membership initiatives. A key part of your role will be translating complex data into clear, simple, and actionable recommendations for team leadership.
Champion the Member: You will serve as a voice for the member in everything you do, ensuring their needs and desires are at the forefront of our strategic planning and execution.
What you'll bring...
A Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, or a related field and 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or a related analytical field OR 4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to work with large datasets in Excel to build models and uncover the story within the data.
A genuine passion for the customer/member experience and a deep curiosity to understand what drives their behavior and loyalty.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong, trusting working relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting positive outcomes through partnership.
A self-starter mentality; you are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
