Guthrie is looking for a passionate advanced practice provider to support our Cortland Practice. Highlights of the Opportunity

• Typical work week is M-F, five days clinic with hospital consult support.
• Experienced and newly graduated candidates are equally welcome to apply.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
• A $15,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time.
• Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000

• $1,700 annually for conference registration certifications and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
