Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and product goals.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable design components.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Axure .
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive UI elements.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
