Job Description

The Surgical Services RN will provide nursing care in the operating room and take on responsibilities as needed, including circulating for cases and coordinating with the surgical team. The position requires an experienced nurse with a strong background in Orthopedic and Neurological surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgeries as a circulating nurse.


• Provide quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.


• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the surgical team.


• Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled.


• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of experience in surgical nursing, preferably in Orthopedics and Neurology.


• 2-3 previous travel assignments required.


• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS for RNs.


• Current RN license.
