• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
  
• Start Date: October 27, 2025
  
• End Date: January 25, 2026
  
• Duration: 13-week contract
  
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (06:45 AM – 03:15 PM), Monday–Friday
  
• Hours per Week: 40
  
• On-Call: One night every 2 weeks and one weekend every 6 weeks (may extend based on case load)
  
• Open Positions: 2 Operating Room RN jobs
  

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Nursys verification required
  
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an OR RN in a busy operating room setting
  
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system
  
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
• Completion of all onboarding health and competency requirements (drug screening, immunizations, skills checklists)
  

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care for a variety of surgical procedures
  
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes
  
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient documentation and management
  
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  
• Demonstrate adaptability and clinical excellence in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
