Akkodis is seeking a Training (TWI) Manager for a direct job with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a Bachelor's in operations, training, engineering, or related field to be considered. You will be responsible for developing and leading the deployment of the TWI program across company’s manufacturing sites. This role focuses on building front-line leadership capability, improving job instruction and training consistency, and embedding standard work practices that support quality, safety, and productivity. Working in close partnership with Manufacturing, QIC, Quality, and HR teams, the TWI Leader ensures sustainable skills development and fosters a strong foundation for a continuous improvement culture.
Rate Range: $90/k. to $125/k. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
