Position Details:

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Remote (Kansas)
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Hourly Pay: $40-$55 (based on experience and state district)
Caseload: To be discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
Conduct engaging online therapy sessions to improve students' speech and language skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to support student progress.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student achievements and progress.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kansas
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in evidence-based speech and language therapy practices
Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual therapy sessions
