We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (full cycle) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent at a high growth startup. Responsibilities Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates Collaborate with various stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000.
