Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and software-related roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Source and engage passive talent through industry mapping, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Represent Global HR as a top employer in the tech talent market.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical and engineering recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong experience hiring for software and tech-related positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
