Job Title: Symbility Desk Estimator (Remote)

Location: WFH/Remote | AZ Residents only
Hourly Rate: $25/hour

We are seeking an experienced Symbility Desk Estimator to join our team remotely. If you have a strong background in insurance claims and are proficient in using the Symbility estimating platform, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze property damage claims, ensuring accurate estimates using Symbility software.
• Collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to verify scope and cost of repairs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential and commercial property damage claims.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property estimating using Symbility - REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and estimating guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and ensure clarity in the claims process.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
